Refund and Returns Policy

  1. The Subscriber has the right to unilaterally terminate their Subscription at any time without any compensation or payment. In case the Subscriber wishes to terminate the Subscription, they must send their signed petition to the registered email address at [email protected].
  2. If the Subscriber submits their signed petition to terminate the Subscription within 7 days from the date of creating the Subscription Registration by approving the Subscription Agreement, they may receive a full refund of the Subscription License Fee paid. However, for termination requests made after the 7-day period, the Subscription License Fee paid will not be refunded.
  3. The Subscription will automatically terminate at the end of the calendar month in which the Subscriber submits their termination petition. Additionally, the Subscriber may continue to benefit from the Subscription services until the end of the calendar month in which they submit their petition. Since the Subscriber will continue using the services until the end of the month, the Monthly Subscription Fee is not subject to a refund.
  4. Discount Packages and Campaign Coupons purchased for use on Partner E-Commerce Companies’ pages are not subject to return, as they have already been forwarded to Partner E-Commerce Companies. Even if the Subscriber terminates their Subscription, they still have the right to use the Discount Packages and Campaign Coupons on the Partner E-Commerce Companies’ pages within their validity period.
